I have 4 children ranging in ages from 13 to 3. We all read the book and everyone loved it! The older kids thought it was funny and appreciated the healthy message. My 3 year old sings and talks about the NOK Rockers all around the house. Reading is such a part of our family past time as well as healthy eating. I am thrilled to have a book that entertains the kids and sends such a great message. Nourish Our Kids will truly make a difference with this fun approach to teaching children about eating healthy.
