What's New at NOK?

NOK Exhibits at The Mamas Expo

Nourish Our Kids, Inc.™ is exhibiting at The Mamas Expo, a must-see event for parents and their children!  The expo is open to all parents, expectant moms, and children ages 0 – 5.  Attendees will have unprecedented, insider access to some of the best local services, specialists and products currently available for families in Queens and throughout New York City.

NOK will be running 4 raffles, giving away a health and wellness basket during each drawing.  The basket will include an autographed copy of The NOK Rockers: Trouble in Slowville, a t-shirt and other child friendly toys to promote health and well-being.  The NOK booth will invite attendees to listen to a reading of the story, play at the children’s activities table and enjoy the NOK theme song, encouraging children to move and dance.  For more information about the expo and the Queens Mamas organization, visit http://www.queensmamas.com/expo.

  • The NOK Rockers: Trouble in Slowville
  • Thank you so very much for coming to our class on Thursday. I learned a lot of new things about my health and everyone's health. Now know soda, candy, and junk food is not good for my health, so I'll cut that habit out. I am sometimes tired. I thought it was because the class is boring, but it's because I don't eat breakfast nor lunch. I'm pretty hungry after school. Sometimes I would get a pizza or a bagel. Sometimes a pack of chips and a soda. Sometimes walk up stairs to the 5th floor gives me a headache, but now I know why!

    Thank you so much!
